The Divine Light Trust for the Blind currently provides the following services:

• Preparatory services for integrated education

• Low vision services.

• Services for multiple disABILITIES

• Diploma course for integrated education for visually handicapped.

• Training Teachers for single and multiple disABILITIES.

  (over 500 Teachers from many states in India like: Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Meghalaya and Manipur have been  trained here since 1984).

• Outreach services to students in integrated education.

• Community based rehabilitation (CBR) training tailored to the needs of sponsoring Non Government Organization (NGO).

• Services to deaf children with blindness.

•  

• Computer training for persons with

        visual impairment.

• Home bound program for families

         with disabled members.

• Parent training program to care for

         children with disABILITIES.

• Outreach program in villages.

• Programs for prevention of

        disABILITIES.

• Training in Computers, Horticulture and Tailoring for single and multi-disABLED Pupils.

• Services for disABLED persons in Whitefield that includes medical intervention and coordination services to get benefits under government schemes.
